Terms and Conditions

  1. Early Bird Registration Rate
    In order to qualify for any ‘early bird registration’ rates, booking and payment must be received before the deadline date displayed in the conference website.
  2. Payments
    All bookings made prior to the conference must be paid in full to guarantee registration. Once payment has been received, a confirmation email will be sent. If payment is not made at the time of booking, registration will be unconfirmed.
  3. Substitutions & Cancellations
    Delegates may nominate an alternative person from their organization to attend up to 72 hours prior to the start of the event, at no extra charge. The cancellation charges apply as follows:
    More than 4 weeks prior to start of event: 50% of the registration fees.
    4 weeks or less prior to start of event: 100% of the registration fees.
  4. Access or Dietary Requirements
    Delegates should advise of any special access or dietary requirements at the time of registration.
  5. Registration Information
    Registration information will be sent to registered delegates by email at least seven days prior to the event.  Any delegate not receiving the registration information should contact us by email to hello@propero.ca .
  6. Alterations of the conference Program – Cancellation/Postponement of Event
    Conference organizers reserves the right to make alterations to the conference program, venue and timings.
    In the unlikely event of the conference is cancelled by the organizers, a full refund will be made. Liability will be limited to the registration fees amount paid by the delegate.
    In the event, for whatever reason, that the conference is postponed, or the dates are changed, the organizers shall not be liable for any expenditure, damage or loss incurred by the delegate.
  7. Speakers
    Views expressed by speakers are their own. Conference organizers cannot accept liability for advice given, or views expressed, by any speaker at the conference or in any material provided to delegates.
  8. Photography & Filming
    For promotional purposes, there may be a photographer and video production taking place during the conference. Delegates who do not wish to be filmed or recorded should advise the organizers by email to hello@propero.ca  prior to the event.
  9. Data Protection
    By submitting registration details, delegates agree to allow conference organizers and companies associated with the conference to contact them regarding their services. Delegates who do not wish to receive such communications shall email hello@propero.ca.
  10. Websites & Links
    The conference and associated Propero Learning Systems Inc. websites may link to other websites and networking tools provided for the convenience of the users. The contents of these websites are maintained by their owners, for which Propero Learning Systems Inc. takes no responsibility. Neither can responsibility be taken by Propero Learning Systems Inc. for contents of any website linking to the conference website.
  11. Insurance
    It is the responsibility of the delegate to arrange appropriate insurance cover in connection with their attendance at the conference. Propero Learning Systems Inc. cannot be held liable for any loss, liability or damage to personal property.
  12. Badges
    Conference identification badges are mandatory and will be required for admission to all conference venues and activities (including social events).
